I Live With A Roommate Simply Because I Don’t Want to Live Alone

Jennifer Purdie writes about living with a roommate from a refreshing perspective: She shares her home with another woman not because she needed help paying the bills or taking care of the house and grounds; she lives with a roommate simply because she doesn’t want to live alone.  In a recent article in the Washington Post, Jennifer frankly describes the loneliness she felt returning home to an empty house after work each weekday, or facing long weekends alone. She does have a social life; that’s not the problem. She wants a family life, and, she says, she considers a roommate to be much like a family.

Yes, have a lovely townhome-cottage in downtown Bainbridge island…have a very small
    furnished bedroom and a bath. I’m a vegetarian…very health-conscious with a new
puppy! Would love to find a great roomie….one who eats healthy….loves good food…
films, books, authentic conversation…..DOGS…..would be great to have you!

Would have rent be less if could help with puppy……or a bit of light housekeeping!
    Need help!
